VIB status

I just got an email with a notice to spend 50 dollars to maintain my VIB status..I spend hundreds a year at sephora, if that is not enough and my status gets cancelled I will take my business elsewhere.  I will miss the convenience but do not feel valued as a customer right now.

Hi jlynntd Sorry for the confusion! To maintain your VIB status, you do need to spend $350 each calendar year.

I believe a customer has to spend $350.00 to be titled "VIB" I think it also rolls over so if you are VIB this year you can also keep your VIB status for the next year. Perhaps all of your points haven't been accounted for so that could be this issue. Sephora is great at making sure all of their customers get they points they earned. Talk to them and I'm sure they'll help.
