VIB status update

Are points based on when the order was placed? I'm trying to reach VIB before the end of the year but I don't think my account will be updated in time.

HI @Exuliz,

Sorry for the confusion. Your status is based on your year-to-date spend, not your Beauty Bank total. $350 must be spent in a calendar year in order to unlock VIB status and $1000 must be spent within a calendar year in order to unlock Rouge status.

Thank you for the reply, I meant if I spend $350 by 12/31 but it doesn't update in my account right away. Like I placed an order today but it still says I'm $62 away

@Exuliz It may take some time for your account information and status to update. However, if the $350 is spent within the calendar year, your status will be upgraded to VIB.
