VIB status! Error with my account

My account was not showing the correct points online (said that I had 349 points only, $1 away from VIB, when in reality I was close to double that amount, in both spending amount and in points!) so I'm not receiving any VIB emails, just the regular BI emails. I completely missed the 20% off event (Nov 8-12) and found out about it a few days after from a friend... Reeeeaaally disappointed as I'd been waiting for this! 😞 😞

 

Two things:

1. How do I fix my VIB status online? I achevied VIB status in store about 2-3 months ago, but this is not reflected online (so again, I'm missing out on VIB promotions)... Can someone look into this so it can be fixed?

 

2. Are there going to be other VIB events before Christmas?
