VIB discount doesn't work

When I did an order yesterday, the code for 20% off didn't work (vibdream). That order was cancelled by sephora. So today I did few other orders and again tried to use that code at checkout. It didn't work again. Could the discount be added to these orders?

The VIB sale was Nov 10-14th. I can't tell exactly which day you were referring to when you were saying that you ordered yesterday and the code didn't work. If if was Nov 15th, the sale was over, if not, then I'd give a call to customer service and explain your problem, they may be able to help you. Here's their number- 1-877-737-4672.

First time it was on November 14. Then I received e-mail from customer service about cancellation and "Additionally, for our VIB clients, we have extended the VIB promotional discount through Wednesday, November 16th, 11:59 p.m. PST. " I hope they can add that discount to my yesterday orders (two of them).
