VIB Tier Reward Removed

I'm not sure where or who to post this to so I'll try here first...

I went to place an order this morning and I still had a VIB Tier Reward from last year that I had to select, planning on doing it this morning when I decided to place an order. To my grave disappointment, the option is no longer available and they've also reset my dollar amount for how much I have to spend to get VIB again this year, which is also very upsetting because I was within a few dollars to getting that again this year, and thus all the more closer to attaining that elusive Rouge I always seem to be just out of reach of getting...

I'm hoping this is in error and that someone can help fix this in my account for me, as I'm extremely unhappy and won't be placing an order until this is corrected/resolved. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me with this issue!
