VIB Status Messed Up

My VIB status is gone and was initially told that it was because I had not made any purchases since 2021. I sent copies of the orders that I made in 2022 and 2023 which qualified me for VIB Status. When I look at my account, I see the orders. I received an initial response from "Trish" in customer service saying that this would be investigated and I would get a response in 3-5 days. That was on September 10, and I've since sent multiple emails to customer service asking for a status and have not gotten a reply or update. I continue to receive emails sent to VIB members, but when I try to use the discount codes or redeem other VIB offers I get an error message saying that I am ineligible for the VIB discount. I've been a loyal and regular customer for 15 years and I'm not happy about how this is being handled.

 

Customer service, where are you?? I know that this isn't how you want your customers to be treated.
