I have been VIB Rouge for almost 2 years now and I have never received a newsletter or a coupon for $20 off $100 purchase. Im starting to wonder what the rouge hype is about since you cant even get a sample for your hair or skin type lately.

About a month ago Sephora offered an unprecedented $20 off $100 which came via email. The typical promotion for VIBR is $25 off $50 which in past years has shown up in the month of December, also via email.    I would double check your email preferences to ensure you are receiving proper notifications.
