VIB Icon?

Im still curious as to when I may see my overdue VIB Icon on BT. I have been an official VIB since sometime in April. I did receive the VIB CMA Event on May 1, however I didnt receive the "Official" VIB email until May 17th. I just wanted to know how much longer approximately?

You're right, it's the small things.....as well what I mentioned to Apocalptica. It's so much more for those of us that have spent quite a bit of $, becoming VIB, then not receiving emails, event notification, etc. Since I live so far from the nearest store, I depend on being informed via email. My account is so wacky, I cannot even save a shopping list for those days when I can get there, which is not often.....have been there twice. Its a little frustrating when basic VIB benefits, or the website doesn't work for you!

I'm in the same boat. They usually say it takes a few weeks to take affect. 2 - 4 I believe? As long as I get emails and can participate in events I'm not too bothered by it. But even Sephoras emails seem to have a problem getting to me. I'm constantly checking their Facebook page to see what's going on.

Well thats the point! Why do you have to check Facebook of all places to make sure you're informed of the BENEFITS of being VIB? I dont get it! If WE have ALL SPENT MORE THAN THE $, then we should be informed before the customers that are not!
I have a problem receiving some emails too, but I can't even make a shopping list! I could up until about 3 weeks ago, but no matter what device Im on, it will say it added, but when I got to retrieve it, it says "There's nothing on your shopping list." It wouldn't be such an issue, but I live 1.5 hours to the nearest store!

I don't know what I'd do if I lost my shopping list. I dread to think... lol Hopefully everything gets fixed for you. The BT and Facebook teams are by far Sephora's best and quickest customer service people so I'm sure they will do everything they can to get it fixed for us.

Are either of you ladies able to access the VIB board on Bright Ideas?  I am wondering if being a VIB on BT is somehow separate. 

I'm sure one of the mods will respond to this soon and have an answer for you!

I have access everywhere I go.......but no VIB Icon. It seems as though they will have an answer shortly. My email etc. was supposed to be forwarded to IT dept last week and its still not there, and still havent heard a word regarding situation either......

6 weeks later, still nothing. I can access Bright Ideas, and everything else, but clicking on the link to the VIB Board, says I do not have the ability to access or something like that......it's getting a little old.

I totally understand what you mean and agree with you all the way. I haven't got my icon yet either and I noticed that some newcomers already have the icons under the name. That's messed up.

The VIB Icon usually shows up within 2 weeks of qualification for VIB, around the same time the welcome email is sent out. I'd be happy to look into your account for you Smiley Happy I will be sending you an email shortly to help!

I also wanted to let you know that my account will not keep "My shopping list." It seems as though my account has so many issues, including, still the toolbar claiming "Unsafe Site." I'm not sure where to go from here with those 2 other issues.......it's on every device I use and I'm constantly clearing cache's, data, and removing programs. Oh, I do have Anti-Virus etc on all devices too. Could you please forward that info for me please?
