VIB 10% off not working?

I went in to the store just because i had a 10% off code but in my receipt, it showed that the discount code did not deduct the 10% off. Why is that? I purchased some sephora by opi nail polishes and also some tweezers

this happened to me as well when I made a purchase recently in store. when I emailed customer service, they told me that they couldn't do anything, which is annoying and extremely considering that the why I went to make the purchase in store anyway since Canadians can't use the code on online purchases Smiley Sad


and also now I'm not sure if my 10% off can still be used since they scanned it, but it didn't apply Smiley Sad
