Urban Decay No Packaging

Hello! I recently received my first Sephora order. One of my items was the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette. Other then the box there is no seal on the compact or plastic covering on the shadows or the mirror. Did I receive a used one by accident or is this the norm?

I have a Naked 2 and there was a plastic film covering the mirror and the brush was protected by a plastic wrapper when I bought it.

Hmmm... Mine didn't come with a brush?

I can't speak for the Naked 2 in particular as I've never bought it, but UD seals very few of their items...most palettes have no seals at all, though I have seen one or two where they used a clear sticker to seal the box but nothing else. Your palette sounds normal.
