Unsuccessful authorization?

I used my 100 dollar rouge reward, and then my order status changed to unsuccsssful authorization. The points are taken, and I cannot use my rouge reward again. I don’t understand. If my order was cancelled I should be either given back the points or my rouge reward. I entered all my info correctly and have no idea why the authorization was unsuccessful.

Update: the reward re appeared. Will try ordering again

Are you successfully ordering again? The same thing happened to me last night. They promised to reissue my rewards in 2 days. But after that order, even a smaller order without using any points or rouge rewards still got cancelled due to unsuccessful authorization.
