Unsuccessful authorization order

Unsuccessful Authorizations - unable to place orders online for a year now. 

I have been struggling to place online orders at through Sephora for over a year now. Every order I have placed has been getting cancelled due to “unsuccessful authorization”. I have reached out to Sephora customer service for answers, was told that I will be contacted and never heard from them. 

looks like the order I placed at the store itself due to it not being in stock was just cancelled too. 

Others are having same issues with me and being a Rouge member and not being able to utilize the advantages, never hearing back when we were told we would, I would not be surprised if there is a lawsuit in order. I am beyond disappointed. Been a rouge member for 5-10 years. 

please fix this issue and do not make me contact you guys again.

I have also been having this problem for a year. I hope a lawsuit does happen. I would like to be part of that. It's criminal that you can't even get an answer or appeal being blacklisted.
