Unsuccessful authorization order, need help

I ordered last night, and received confirmation emails. However, I found it was canceled today due to unsuccessful authorization. It was my first time to order online. I don’t know what to do now.

I have contacted for help via this phone number. And he helped me verify my account and place a new order. However, it was canceled!!! I feel really confused.
