Unsuccessful authorization order due to sudden account suspension ???

This has been going on for a week now. I currently can't go in-store and this is my first time ordering through the website. I couldn't remember my password and made a couple attempts before deciding to change it altogether, on my last attempt a message came up stating my account had been suspended but didn't give me any specific reason whatsoever, so I assumed it was for security reasons(???)... and even if this were to be the case I should be properly notified through email and given an easy solution to re-verify and unsuspend my own account, which I wasn't. Anyhow, I was still able to change the password and get into my account but then my orders keep getting cancelled, again, with NO emails letting me know or anything. I am trying to get essentials for the holidays and missed out on Cyber Monday and other offers/free samples because of this problem. What is wrong with your website/company?
