Unsuccessful Authorization

I’m not sure what is going on but I’ve tried to place an order 3 separate times now, even trying another card, and time after time I keep getting my order cancelled with the looming message “unsuccessful authorization. There are no issues with the cards, in fact in my online banking says there are pending Sephora orders. Can we please resolve this? I would love to just get my order…
