Unsuccessful Authorization

I have tried to place two orders in the last two days and it has been cancelled due to unsuccessful payment authorization. I tried two different payment methods. My card still has the payment taken out. I tried to call Sephora to see what the issue was and they said someone would contact me. No one has. I am afraid to replace the order for a third time but also do not want to miss the sale. Anyone have any advice?

It has to be a Sephora problem as I’ve tried multi cards and none of them will work. Too bad as I guess I’ll shop somewhere else. This happened to me 6 months ago and I gave up then too.

This happened to me too and they said it was my card.
