Unsuccessful Authorization

I have tried to order online 3 times with 3 different cards and each time it places the order but then never goes thru. It doesn’t even let me know it cancelled it! I contacted my cc and they said it’s Sephora. One of the cards I used was the Sephora credit card. I’m so angry because I can’t even buy it in store cause it’s out of stock! It should just tell you before that it’s unsuccessful instead of waiting a day to see that it hasn’t been shipped.

Why can’t I order online?

This happened to me also about 2 months ago when I bought online and pick up at store! They never received my order!

This is happening to me as well. They put a hold on my account accusing me of receiving 2 refunds when i only received one. I sent documents to prove that i only received one because a Sephora employee canceled my order and i received the money back because she canceled it duhh I’m suppose to get that back ! She canceled it. An I’m a very good customer I’m a rouge member and they treat me like trash !

I'm having this issue too , for about two weeks, each order I place got the same status unsuccessful authorization.

I never got an email that my orders were cancelled or what is was wrong.

also contacted the customer service few times, and they told me someone will email me about this issue. but nothing is moving, I'm a rouge with 1600+ points. and all my recent orders being cancelled with that status. Can you help me please!
