Unsuccessful Authorization

This is honestly getting frustrating. This is almost like the 10th consecutive time my orders get the Unsuccessful Authorization status. What’s the point of spending thousands of dollars, being the “Rouge Member” and keep experiencing unexplained order errors every single purchase? It sucks that every time this happened, I never get notified. So I’d go a couple days thinking my orders are probably on the way, and then it didn’t. 

Also, all the free samples and offers (the Rouge perks) kept selling out because my orders were stuck on unsuccessful. I wasted so much time on customer support calls just to literally replacing orders and finding new samples to add. I really don’t get it.
