Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi. 

I already have a problem. I order products of the ordinary and Sephora send me a message that it was confirmed, but 50 minutes later send me again a message that my order was canceled. I did the payment by paypal, and paypal charged of my card. I don't know if I have this problem because I pay by paypal. Has anyone had a similar problem  ? I really worried about that
