Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi there,

I had 2 unsuccessful authorizations on my orders over the weekend, have written into customer service email but heard nothing back yet. I've made purchases from the site before so I'm not sure why it's unsuccessful now. More importantly, have I been charged? Coz my reward points have dipped too. If I hadn't checked status on the site, I wouldn't have known it was unsuccessful.
