Unsuccessful Authorization with Gift Card

Hi, I tried placing an order a few days ago, which was cancelled due to unsuccessful authorization. I also tried to e-mail customer service a few times, but didn’t get any help. Is there any way I can get the gift card to work, or receive the balance of the gift card in cash?
