Unsuccessful Authorization, pending order

My first order November3 ,2017  was cancelled. 2. NOVEMBER 10, 2017 #was cancelled again. 3.NOVEMBER 13, 2017 # is pending. I think it will be cancelled soon. Last night I tried to make another order again the pop up show " the shipping address is different from billing address ". But many times I made orders to ship to my sister or friends house because no one at home to received the order. I very disappoint with 20%off deal this year. Is it possible to renew my first order or some of them?
