Unsuccessful Authorization Order

I placed my order yesterday 12th of Sep and the money was withdrawn from my bank account. I opened to check today, 13th of Sep, to see that it says Unsuccessful Authorization. I wasn't notified in any way and my money hasn't been refunded. I needed my order before 17/9 and the estimated delivery time was 15/9, now I'm not sure I can have that!
