Unsuccessful Authorization Order

I have been dealing with this for about 3-4 weeks. Everytime I try to use my credit card to make a purchase after a few hours or by the next day it gets declined for that reason. I just don't understand what’s the problem is.Also I haven't been able to get an accurate response with any representative nor with their managers. I just keep getting the run around and have to wait 24-48 hours and still no response as to what the situation is. I am beyond frustrated and still no answers who else can I speak to about this. 

And I would have to buy so many things since my friend’s birthday is coming up
