Unsuccessful Authorization Order

Hi, 

 

On march 2nd I placed an order worth $228 dollars and I paid for it through Paypal and had it shipped over to my friend's place, since I am in Europe. However, the current status is 'Unsuccessful Authorization'. I've received an email with the confirmation of my order and the money has already been taken out of my Paypal account. I was wondering if I'm able to get my money back, because on Paypal it says that the authorization is still pending and waiting for Sephora. Please help me out!
