Unsuccessful Authorization Order

Hello. I have placed an order yesterday, and been given the order number I authorized Sephora to deduct the amount from my Paypal account. I checked my order status this morning and it said \"Unsuccessful Authorization\", with all the items included in the orderwere \"cancelled\". I do not know what seems to be the problem. My address is correct. I hope you can look into this issue ASAP. Thank you. Edit: It is mentioned on your website that once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer of their order receipt. I did not even receive that.
