Unsuccessful Authorization But Amounts Deducted

My order's status is Unsuccesful Authorization, however, the amounts has been deducted to my accounts 2 times.

 

First I tried paying with Paypal and an error occured, so I tried to pay with a debit card.

 

When I checked both accounts, both Paypal and the debit card has deductions, meaning I have been charged double.

 

Since the order is cancelled upon Unsuccessful Authorization, how long before I get the amounts that were deducted to my accounts?
