Unauthorized Transaction

I was waiting for sehora sale event and as a rouge member , I am suppose to get 20% discount.

I was so looking forward to buying the Dyson complete styler limited edition. I put in the order, it was successful. Saw the debit in my credit card.

Then suddenly I saw a credit in my credit card and my Sephora order is saying " Unauthorised transaction"

When I chatted with the Sephora team, they are saying I can't place any order and all order will be cancelled.

Seriously !!!

this is so outrageous.. These is a sale going on and I am losing out because of some Sephora error.

Team - can you please look into it. is It some kind of discrimination?

this is honestly so gross that they’re doing this to their most loyal customers. I literally only shop at Sephora most of the time and they just blocked my account from ordering anything online for a whole year. Not to mention they sent no email notifying me just sent me a email saying my order was delayed. I called 3 different times to the rouge hotline only to be told by 6 different people 4 different things. Then on the last call they just told me I can go to the store to purchase because they found another account linked to me. What?! Lol I don’t use the other account, but what a privilege it is to tell someone to just go in the store during the pandemic. Reached out on social media and they can’t get me one person to talk to me about resolving this issue. Horrible customer service even worse morals.

I am really surprised !

I am a Loyal Sephora member and rouge for last 5 years. I usually dont shop from other stores because I like 

Sephora customer service. 

And during holiday event , Sephora decides to block the account !!

This is crazy. I was about to place order for my Dyson and La mer.. but I guess Sephora does not care about loyality.. Very sad!
