Unable to see Birthday Gift options again after order cancellation

I placed an order along with my free birthday gift then canceled a few minutes later because I found a value size of the item I ordered that I didn't see at the time of ordering. 

Now I see that my birthday gift options have completely disappeared from the rewards section and the profile section where I was also able to choose my gift.

Could I please get assistance so I can place a new order with the revised item and get my gift which requires $25 to redeem online?
