Unable to place order with sephora credit card

Hi,

 

I am not able to place my order with my new Sephora credit card. I am receiving the following error message when attempting to place my order:

 

 

"Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.

If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account."

 

 

Please let me know how you can best support me in resolving this issue.

I also have this issue. It looks like it’s been going on for several years now. Why hasn’t this been fixed?

I have had the same problem for the past two weeks. I got a new card and it still doesn't work.

I’ve been having this same issue for the past month. Called the card issuer, they sent me a new card. Same issue. Keeps saying error, etc. super frustrating
