Unable to place my order.

I have private messaged a moderator here since that's what I found others to do online but anyways

 

Hello I am trying to place an order with my sephora giftcard but it keeps giving me the error below.

 

“Error 

Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.
If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account.”

 

I'm confused to why its saying to verify my card details when im not entering any sort of credit card, I am using only my giftcard and it is continuing to give me this message. Please help.

Did you get this working? I have the same issue and have tried chat and phone to get it resolved and nothing so far
