Unable to add a credit card

Hey, 

I've tried both on web and IOS, and I cannot add my credit card to my account. I keep getting an error saying my card is invalid but I can confirm that I'm entering all my information correctly, is anyone else experiencing this?

I have tried to buy online for the past 3 days on iOS and laptop, switching from adding credit cards and debit cards and NOTHING works...  This is so frustrating. I need it delivered, I cannot go in person.
