UPS: what Sephora should know

I've been using 3 day select for a while now and lately UPS has been causing more delays to getting my order to me. They never give a reason either, they just update my shipping a day later. This time I ordered friday, may 3 and ups sent me an e-mail saying my delivery date would be on thursday, may 9. Then today they updated my shipping to Friday may 10th. They don't give any reason. So the 3 business day delivery has turned in to how many now? I have tried calling them before and they just try to shift blame. They always blame Sephora. They say that they didn't get the shipping label on time or the package wasn't ready for pickup or a number of other excuses.  I used to order early friday or sunday and it would be here by wednesday which sounds about right.
