Two things forgot in my package!

I made an order and bought 13 products in totally, not including the free samples and the free 100-points perk (17 products should be in the box in total). I received the box today. After I checked my box, there are two products you forgot! They all listed on the order summary, but they were not there! I am sure that is problem of the one who packaged. They worth more than 200 dollars in total. What can I do?? This has never happened before!
