Triple points promotion not applied

Hi, I placed an order on August 15th, during the Beauty Insider promotion (I'm in the VIB tier). However, while I see the regular points from the purchase applied to my account, I have not seen any bonus points applied (should have been triple the regular amount). I waited a few days to see if they would show up, but they haven't. Am I missing something? When should I expect them to show up?

In reviewing your account, I see that the bonus points for your purchase made on 8/15 have been credited to your account 🙂 Please note, the bonus points are credited separately from your base points! Additionally, for future reference, points may take up to 24 hours from the time the purchase is made to reflect your account.
