Tracking info

I placed an order April 30th the payment went through however when I log into my account there’s no tracking info or recent order it’s just empty.

@mariaromeu With extended store closures, and our Spring Savings promotion, we are processing a high volume of orders that is unfortunately resulting in long order processing delays.  The safety of our distribution center employees and our clients is our top priority, which means that responsible workforce safety precautions result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. Your order will be shipped out and you will hear back from us with any updates when available.

the tracking info becomes available once the order has shipped but when you can't even see your order anywhere that is odd. It would be best to contact costumer service or post in support - they can check & tell you what is going on. 😉
