Thank you for posting this! I have also tried with three different foundations to try & do the shade finder with the new TF and it simply does not work. Not in the app nor on a computer.

My apologies! Please note that if there is not an exact shade match between 2 foundation product lines, the Shade Finder tool may not be able to show results. I will forward your feedback to our content teams for review and improvements.

Hey Laurie, I have tried with every single foundation I have ever bought to see if it even comes up with a shade. It just sits there without ever recommending anything 😞
