Tier Celebration Gift Repeat?

Hi! I selected my Tier Celebration Gift with my Sephora order last month (and it shows up on my online receipt under orders in my account). But now it's still showing up as a choice for me in my basket? I'm a little confused because I thought it was a one-time gift for re-qualifying for Rouge?

I'm not sure whether to select what I picked last time or go ahead and pick something else. I feel silly asking about this, but I'm waiting to submit my order until I figure it out, so if someone could help me out that would be great.
