The ordinary eye drop lid keeps popping off.

Hi, I recently purchased the ordinarys Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5. When I first opened it I noticed that the lid was not centred and off. Didn’t really bother me because there was no spillage. After a couple uses, day to day, I realized that every time that I have closed it, it unscrew itself because of the defective lid. Now I’m afraid that the product will oxidize because I cannot keep it properly closed & secured. Is there anyway I could get another one?
