The Sample Situation is now an official Joke

Okay so for most of the year, I haven't been getting the samples that I request. It's been mildly annoying but whatever. Today I received my latest order. No samples whatsoever. I just want to know is this a massive failure by whomever is packing samples for Sephora or part of some larger scheme where they are just getting too stingy to include samples anymore? I'm a Rouge. I spend a considerable amount of money at Sephora a year. But you know what? I do have other options. Maybe it's high time I start using them.
