The HAVEITALL code isn't working.

It says I have to be logged into my Beauty Insider account. I am definitely logged in. Help!

I’m having the same problem, but I should have expected it. This seems to happen any time there is a big sale/discount/code. It says I have to be logged in, and I am. Misleading and disappointing.

No, my private messages are turned on and have been since the last time I was told this. I checked to be sure they were turned on last night before I logged out and just checked again. Thank you.

Mine is also not working telling me I have exceeded the number of redemptions allowed, but I have not used it once.
