I have had many things delivered via online orders and never had issues when Sephora uses services like Fedex, UPS, etc. My current order I found out is being delivered with Veho. Never heard of it and after the TERRIBLE customer service issues, I wish I never had.
After stringing me along for 4 days stating that they were unable to deliver my package and it was returned to the warehouse. I had 4 different reschedules after texting back and forth with their reps. I gave extremely thorough delivery instructions and even asked to receive a call if they are struggling mid delivery, which I don't understand since no other deliver service has issues (fedex, ups, doordash, uber, etc.). After not receiving a call or my package for the 4th day in a row, I reached out and was told that my package was lost. It's now been over a week since I ordered my products and I still don't have them. This company hires random people to deliver. I personally don't want someone who doesn't work for a reputable company handling my deliveries. In my opinion, I think someone stole my package and Veho has absolutely zero accountability.
I am curious if Sephora will provide any sort of compensation for the headache.
I AM BEGGING SEPHORA NOT TO USE VEHO FOR THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE. Knowing this is a possibility makes me not want to order anything online which in turn will decrease my overall spend with the company. Please terminate whatever partnership you have with Veho.
So I had something similar happen to me this past November. I ordered for Black Friday, got everything shipped, never got the option to choose who would be delivering my package. Turns out Sephora used Veho. Apparently Veho "delivered" my package on the 29th of November. I gave it a few days in case they hadn't really delivered my package. I checked in about 7th of December and still nothing. Now Sephora won't refund my money since its a forwarding address and Vehos best response was you can fill a police report. Mind you, I'm in the Dominican Republic and never had this happen in all my years of ordering in Sephora. So there went $100+ down the drain.

en total Sephora me ha robado 140$ por qué son ellos quienes se roban este money desde el momento que utilizan están empresa que no tiene seriedad.

La empresas Veho me mandó fotografía de una dirección que no es mía llame a Sephora les comenté lo sucedido pero no me ayudaron solo me dicen que no pueden hacer nada
I’ve recently experienced this with the same company! Never heard of them before this, and it was just my luck to have 2 out of 5 packages be delivered by them. The tracking details provided states both were delivered, and a picture provided to confirm delivery. However, I am clueless as to where the packages were delivered as I do not recognize the location in photo they provided as proof of delivery! I have been trying to contact customer service for weeks as my packages never arrived and cannot get a hold of anyone. Honestly, will not be ordering from Sephora again if they continue to use this shipping company, and will willingly give up my rogue status because of this experience.
Me pasó lo mismo , en este mes 2 paquetes perdidos , me mandaron fotografía de un lugar que no conozco la ubicación y Sephora solo sabe decir que mi paquete ha fue entregado y que no pueden hacer nada , en total Sephora se está quedando con lo dinero que son 140$ y la empresa Veho se robó o perdió mi paquete . Son unos sinvergüenzas LADRONES

En ese número que me brindas no me dan respuesta, solo me dicen que no pueden hacer nada que la empresa ya me entregó solo se lavan las manos en decir que la empresa ya entregó el pedido, pedido que nunca he recibido , quiero mi dinero de vuelta .
This exact thing happened to me. I ordered a package and they dropped it off at a random location but marked it as delivered and sent me a picture of a random mail room. When I messaged the customer service number (multiple times) they finally were able to send me GPS coordinates of where my package was. They dropped it off in a local business’ mail room. They told me they would not go and retrieve it and that this was not their problem but the merchants problem. When I went to try and track down my package today it was gone. I reordered my products and hopefully it arrives this time. Sephora should look into this delivery service because it seems like a lot of people are having this same issue.

Yes, I was and had to get the entire thing refunded because the package NEVER ARRIVED. Again, taking my business elsewhere to avoid this happening for a third time.
I was notified by VEHO today that my package was “lost in transit” after days of being assured it would be delivered eventually. I wish Sephora didn’t use branded boxes that are just asking to be stolen. I had redeemed a lot of good Rewards Bazaar items and samples, and another item is out of stock now, so I’m super bummed. The BA picked the crummiest samples for my reshipment and she was really rude. 😔
