Tarte creaseless concealer

I have had an unopened tarte creaseless concealer for about a year but Iโ€™ve never opened it or touched it until now. But when I used it it separates and wonโ€™t blend on my skin. Is it old or bad? Is it my skin? Is it my beauty blender? This has never happened before and Iโ€™ve been using this concealer for years and they usually last a long time too

@Del5858 I may suggest checking the packaging for the expiration date as it is possible it may be expired. Thanks!
