what the heck!!! a benefit for being rouge is that we get free 2 dayflash shipping... so why the heck do we have to choose flash shipping as a reward now!? thats RIDICULOUS. Rouge and sephora are sucking more and more each day!! you guys could care less about your customers!!

We are making changes to our Beauty Insider program to make it more dynamic and personalized, by better tailoring the benefits to your needs! If you are not choosing free FLASH shipping, your existing FLASH subscription will end on 2/17/19. However, you will still receive free standard shipping all year long.
