Sync VIB Card with Online Account

Hi! Hoping someone can help. The VIB card I use in stores doesn't seem to be syncing with my points online. Every time I shop in store and scan my VIB card, I'm told I have several thousand points, but online I only see that I have 400 points. I believe I technically should have Rouge status, but I am showing up as VIB online. Thanks!
