Swag bag

Hi,

So like many have, I want to know where my Swag bag is that I paid for in what? July? I paid for a ticket and 2 weeks ago a label was created on FedEx from “Sephoria” but absolutely no movement. I’ve been getting the runaround and straight lies about this. At this point I want my $70 + dollars back because not only am I not getting my swag but Sephoria sucked. This is horrible the way we were all duped and now CS is lying to ppl! I have the screenshot to prove it! Please! Someone contact me and either send me my $300 worth of products as advertised or refund my money! I have been absolutely loyal to Sephora but the same cannot be true for their loyalty to me. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this store and this is what I get?? Not cool. And I heard it was a bunch of crappy old samples being sent too! What? Seriously? No no no. Not cool

Same…I haven’t received my swag bag either or the NFT but at this point I might as well wait until the sale. I just really want my money back at this point 😩

When everyone is asking the same thing, why a pm? I waited forever for mine too, and when I finally received it, it was just maybe 3 or 4 products in the $20-$40 range and then a bunch of samples. After waiting months and patiently dealing with the lack of information about when the swag bag would be shipped and paying for something that was promised to be worth over $300, I was very disappointed. I have also spent a lot of money at Sephora and the way this went down doesn't sit right with me either.
