Stop making us choose samples

Please stop making us take the time to go through and choose samples if youโ€™re not going to send the ones we choose!
For my last 4 or 5 orders I have specifically chosen samples of larger products I wanted to buy and theyโ€™re never the same as what comes, and I usually only get one. I dont even care if I get free samples but you might as well not advertise specific ones or that you get two because thatโ€™s not the case.

Very disappointed! Received my order today and the two perfume samples I chose were not there. They sent two other random products and they weren't even perfume. I just threw them out. I was really looking forward to the samples I chose to see if I liked the scents, maybe I'd buy in the future.

@TDubs10 Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.  Substitutions will be made for out-of-stock samples. This is listed on our website here > And on our samples page here > If there is an order where you didn't receive two samples, please send me a PM with the order number so I can further assist. I'll also share your feedback with the appropriate teams. Thanks!
