Still can't Review....Please help me

Hello Sephora,

It seems I still can't review my purchases. I click on the product under "review" but as soon as I start the process the screen glitches and I'm back to square one. This is quite disappointing considering I generally purchase based on reviews and I'm sure others due as well. Before the "New Sephora" I had no issues like this. I was able 👍 or 👎 other people's reviews (still can't do that either) and write my own. I have cleared my catch AND cookies numerous times with no avail. Please can someone help me.  Thank You.

I'm sorry for the trouble you're having leaving product reviews on our website! As gonerogue mentioned, I also recommend using a different browser, preferably Google Chrome, to see if this resolves the issue! It looks like it's currently working on Google Chrome!

If you've cleared your cookies and still nothing, try using Google Chrome. Chrome seems to be the only browser that works for me when I need to write reviews. Good luck!
