Splurge promo

I'm frustrated -- first of all the last orders I received had the wrong samples - especially ones which were for men which don't apply to me and I wanted to place another order tonite and use the promo 'splurge' and it said I could only use it one time -- since all the samples I've gotten have been wrong I was wondering if there could be an exception? I also spoke to the 800# re this situation.  Thank you.

Yeah there is only one promo code allowed per order and you can only choose one option per promo code. Sorry about that! I will forward your feedback regarding the samples.

you can also get a bag in store but i think they give you a random one

the ones in store are random. it should let you get one online though. I got a random one in store yesterday and ordered the right one last night
