Show me the samples...

Question~ My last two orders have been shipped without any samples. Is anyone else not receiving samples as well? The orders were made a month a part an both were over $35. I also double checked to ensure I made the 3 sample request on each order. I know samples are not guaranteed and I rarely get the options I requested but they normally send me something. I know it's a little thing but it's one of the perks I expect being a Rouge member. Thanks in advance for any insight. Smiles~

It happens at times. Call customer service. I think Sephora's wear houses are being overwhelmed with an increase in orders. They run out of selected items too. I think they are working on it the best they can. I know it can be frustrating but hopefully it will get better soon.
